Born and raised in Louisiana, I am a crawfish-loving, king cake-consuming, mom of two who loves the beach (but could do without the long walks -- relaxing is more my style) and takes way too many pictures. My love for art started when I was a little girl watching "Pappyland" (look it up -- it's like Bob Ross for kids, but with pencils instead of paint) and drawing along.
I graduated from LSU with a BFA in Graphic Design and a minor in Business Administration, and I love all things graphic design. I consider myself truly blessed to be able to do something I absolutely love for a living. I am very detail-oriented and I have excellent project management and communication skills. I am an Adobe nerd and I love learning new things and keeping up with the newest design technologies. I have designed a wide array of marketing materials to include brochures, flyers, posters, signage, logos, apparel, promotional items, catalogs, packaging, and more. I have managed projects from conception to ordering to distributing. I have also designed and produced content for various websites. I have coordinated directly with manufacturers to gather information, photos, videos, and samples and put together all packaging, catalogs, DVD's, website, and social media for a line of consumer fireworks products. I have experience working at a large-scale print facility as well, and I am well-versed in the different print materials used in both large-scale and small-scale printing.
